Syed Manzoor Ul Hassan

Syed Manzoorul Hasan was born on April 20, 1965 in Bahawalnagar, a city in South Punjab (Pakistan). Father Syed Muhammad Hasan Shah Tirmidhi was the priest of the local monastery of the Qadiriya order of Sufism. Passed Matriculation from Government City High School Bahawalnagar and BA from Government College Bahawalnagar. Later he obtained MA in Political Science from Punjab University Lahore and MA in Islamic Studies from Islamia University Bahawalpur. He also completed his M.Phil from the Department of Arabic and Islamic Studies of GC University, Lahore. He received the basic education of literature, science and Islam from the learned scholar and high-ranking teacher of his city, Muhammad Nazr Sahib. His grace led to the access to the educational institution of Jalil-ul-Qadr scholar and researcher of Imam Al-Asr Mr. Javed Ahmad Ghamdi of Madrasah Farahi. The chain of Sharaf-i Talmiz from him has been established since 1990. Among the teachers from whom I learned science and art during my student days, the most prominent name is Dr. Khurshid Rizvi, a genius of Urdu and Arabic language and literature. Apart from them, Dr. Syed Sultan Shah, Mr. Muhammad Rafi Mufti, Prof. Khurshid Alam and Prof. Muhammad Zafar Adil also got the opportunity to gain merit. Participate in projects. He is also performing the duties of the editor of the monthly “Ishraq” Lahore.
